Terms of Service
Last updated: 3rd October 2025
Tiny Bot Labs is owned and operated by Tiny Bot Labs Limited.
When we say "Company", "we", "our", "the service" or "us" in this document, we are referring to Tiny Bot Labs (https://tinybotlabs.ai).
When you use our website, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service. That's true for any of our existing and future products and all features that we add to our website over time. There may be times where we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service; in doing so, we are not waiving that right or provision. These terms do contain a limitation of our liability.
Service Overview
Tiny Bot Labs provides custom AI consulting and development services. All projects are based on custom proposals tailored to your specific needs. We do not offer standardized subscription plans or packages. Each engagement is unique and priced according to project scope, complexity, and requirements.
Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You may not use the service for any purposes that are abusive, morally reprehensible or illegal.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. That includes content posted by others who either: (a) have access to your login credentials; or (b) have their own logins under your account.
- You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
Payment and Project Terms
- All projects are based on custom proposals with pricing tailored to your specific requirements. Payment terms, milestones, and schedules will be outlined in your project proposal or contract.
- We do not collect or sell your data. Your project information and any data shared with us remains confidential and is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
- Payment terms are established on a per-project basis and will be clearly defined in your proposal or service agreement. This may include upfront deposits, milestone-based payments, or other arrangements as agreed upon.
- Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in your specific service agreement. We aim to work collaboratively with all clients to ensure satisfaction with our services.
Project Cancellation and Termination
- Project cancellation terms will be specified in your individual service agreement or proposal. We understand that business needs change and will work with you to handle cancellations fairly and professionally.
- Upon project completion or termination, deliverables and access to project materials will be handled according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
- We reserve the right to terminate any project or engagement for any reason at any time, including but not limited to breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of these terms. In such cases, we will provide written notice and work to resolve any outstanding matters professionally.
- Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of Company employees or contractors will result in immediate project termination.
Service Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify our service offerings, consulting approach, or business practices at any time. Any modifications to ongoing projects will be communicated directly to affected clients.
- Pricing for custom projects is established in individual proposals and will not change during the course of an active engagement unless mutually agreed upon due to significant scope changes.
- Changes to our standard consulting rates or service offerings will not affect existing signed agreements. New rates will apply to new projects and proposals only.

- All content and materials provided to us during the course of our engagement must comply with relevant UK law.
- We claim no intellectual property rights over the materials you provide to us during our engagement. All materials you share with us remain your property.
- Ownership of deliverables, code, and other project outputs will be defined in your specific service agreement. Typically, upon full payment, you will own all custom work created specifically for your project.

- You agree not to misrepresent our relationship or falsely imply association with Tiny Bot Labs without our express written permission.
Service Quality and Warranties
We design and develop all solutions with care, based on our expertise and best practices in AI development. However, we make no guarantees that our solutions will meet every specific requirement or expectation unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.
We thoroughly test all deliverables before deployment. As with any software or AI system, there may be bugs or issues that arise. We will work with you to address critical issues, especially those related to security or core functionality, as outlined in your service agreement. We do not guarantee completely error-free solutions, but we are committed to delivering high-quality work.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Liability
We mention liability throughout these Terms but to put it all in one section:
You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and service resulting from any goods, data, information or service purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to this Terms of Service or the service, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
In other words: choosing to work with us means you are making a bet on our expertise and capabilities. If the engagement does not work out as expected, we are not liable beyond what is specified in your service agreement. We do our best to be a reliable partner through careful project management, investment in our team's expertise, maintaining high security standards, and genuinely caring about our clients' success. If you choose to work with us, thank you for your trust.
